We are required to by law to collect sales tax only in California, where our goods and employees are located.

When you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can find your tracking number in that email or through your order history. If you need to contact us, email us at support@lawlessbeauty.com.

Your shipping confirmation email should indicate which products might still be outstanding and pending shipment. Contact us at support@lawlessbeauty.com and include your order number and the items you are missing.

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 1-6 days (depending on your class of mail), and 10-15 business days internationally.

If your foundation or complexion product isn’t the right shade, we’ll help you exchange it hassle-free.

To start a return or exchange, simply email your order number, name, and reason for return to support@lawlessbeauty.com, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you don’t have your order number, we may ask for additional details to assist with your request.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on limited edition items, and final sale items will be marked accordingly. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days of processing. While we want you to shop with confidence, we do monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service in cases of policy misuse.

No, unfortunately points are not retroactive to past purchases made before the launch of the program (August 23, 2021).

Members receive 50 points as soon as you create an account and points for every $1 you spend at Lawless Beauty (when you’re logged in)! You’ll also receive a birthday reward, early access to sales and product launches, and discounted shipping dependent on your membership level.

Give $10, get $10! Give your friends $10 off their first order of $50 or more and get $10 back when each referral successfully places their order.

Please note that this must be your referral's first order and minimum spend for every order is $50. You must also use the same email address that received the code in order for your discount code to work.

If you’ve made a recent purchase and were not logged into your Lawless Love Rewards account, you will not earn points for that order and unfortunately, these cannot be added to your account. Please ensure that you're logged in to the same email account for all future purchases.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to change the email address associated with your Lawless Love Rewards account.

Reviews are approved and posted to our website within one week of submission. It may take a few additional business days to post the points to your account, but if you still don’t see your points after 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us at support@lawlessbeauty.com!

Please note, you can only earn points for submitting a maximum of 5 reviews. You can write more reviews, but if you’ve received points for 5 reviews you will not receive additional points for reviews.

Yes, your reward points expire after 1 year.

Log in to your account and redeem your points on the Loyalty Rewards Page or from your account page. Discounts are valid on orders over $50.

You can track your Rewards history by logging into your Lawless Love Rewards account and navigating to your dashboard.

If you enter a birthday that's within the next 30 days, the reward will be delayed until 30 days from the date of entry. If that 30 days has passed and you have received the points please email support@lawlessbeauty.com

TYB (Try Your Best) is our new community-powered rewards platform. It allows you to earn rewards not just for shopping, but for engaging with LAWLESS through challenges, referrals, feedback, and exclusive drops.

Our previous program was primarily points-for-purchase based. TYB expands earning beyond transactions, rewarding participation and community involvement.

If you have Lawless Love Points, they must be transferred using the unique link sent to the email address associated with your rewards account by February 27, 2026. After that date, we will no longer be able to honor previous rewards points if a LAWLESS TYB account has not been created.

If you are new to LAWLESS Rewards:

Simply create a free TYB account and join the LAWLESS community within the app. Once inside, you’ll be able to start earning coins, track your tier status, and unlock rewards.

If you were a member of our previous rewards program:

You will receive a unique link via email (sent to the email address associated with your rewards account). This link will guide you through creating your TYB account and transferring your existing Lawless Love Points.

Points must be transferred by February 27, 2026. After that date, any unclaimed points will no longer be eligible for transfer.

Your tier is determined by two things:

• Coins earned through engagement (activities inside TYB)

• Lifetime spend on lawlessbeauty.com

Each tier unlocks a coin multiplier, which increases how quickly you earn coins moving forward.

Level 1

• Entry tier

• 1x coin multiplier (standard earning rate)

• No minimum coins required

• No minimum spend required

Level 2

• Requires 10,000 coins earned through engagement

• Requires $50 lifetime spend

• 1.5x coin multiplier (earn 50% more coins on eligible activities)

Level 3

• Requires 30,000 coins earned through engagement

• Requires $100 lifetime spend

• 2x coin multiplier (earn coins twice as fast on eligible activities)

Higher tiers allow you to accumulate coins faster through boosted multipliers.

You can earn coins by:

Coins are earned through participation and activity within TYB.

You can redeem your coins in two ways:

Option 1: Redeem inside TYB

1. Navigate to your profile and the “coins” tab
   
2. Select the coins you’d like to convert to a discount code
   
3. Click “redeem"
   
4. Confirm redemption — you’ll receive a unique discount code.
   
5. Apply that code at checkout on lawlessbeauty.com.
   

Your redeemed reward will remain in your TYB account until used (subject to any listed expiration terms).

Option 2: Redeem directly on lawlessbeauty.com

1. Shop on lawlessbeauty.com and add eligible items to your cart.
   
2. At checkout, log into your TYB-linked account when prompted.
   
3. Select your available coin balance to apply toward your order.
   
4. Complete checkout.
   

Available rewards and coin balances can always be viewed in your TYB dashboard.
