What is CLEAN AF?

Clean Always Free (AF) products are free of stuff that is bad for you. Products are ALWAYS FREE of potentially carcinogenic, toxic, hormone or endocrine-disrupting ingredients, as well as ingredients that have been linked to the formation of very serious health issues.

What are your products free of?

These include, but are not limited to: Parabens, phthalates, sulfates, silicones, comedogenic ingredients polyethylene/PEGs, talc, BHA, BHT, fragrance/parfum, benzene, lead, oxybenzone, aminophenol, mineral oil, butylene glycol, methyl, octinoxate, carbon black, chromium, siloxanes, arsenic, aluminum salts, and petroleum.

What are the benefits of using CLEAN AF?

A healthier way of living for the long term. By using clean products from LAWLESS, you avoid chemicals being absorbed by your skin and into your bloodstream. None of our ingredients are known be cancer causing or endocrine disrupting.

Does Lawless test on animals?

No. We are proud to offer products that are not tested on animals.

Do you offer free shipping?

For orders within the United States, we offer free shipping for orders over $50.

What are your shipping rates?

Do you accept international orders?

We offer shipping worldwide. Shipping cost, duties, and taxes calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

What method do you use to ship?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are transferred from USPS to the local carrier in your country

Do you charge sale tax?

We are required to by law to collect sales tax only in California, where our goods and employees are located.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can find your tracking number in that email or through your order history. If you need to contact us, email us at support@lawlessbeauty.com.

My order is missing an item, what do I do?

Your shipping confirmation email should indicate which products might still be outstanding and pending shipment. Contact us at support@lawlessbeauty.com and include your order number and the items you are missing.

When will my package arrive?

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 1-6 days (depending on your class of mail), and 10-15 business days internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We hope you are obsessed with your Lawless purchase. If you’re not, let’s figure it out! We would be happy to take it back or offer an exchange for the items you ordered from LawlessBeauty.com within 30 days of purchase.

Simply email your order number, name, and reason for return to us at support@lawlessbeauty.com. If you don’t have your order number, we may ask for more information to better assist with your request. We cannot accept returns on limited edition items and any final sale items will be marked accordingly.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of processing. We do keep a watch on returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

How do I become a rewards member?

Will I receive points for my previous purchases?

No, unfortunately points are not retroactive to past purchases made before the launch of the program (August 23, 2021).

What are the benefits of joining?

Members receive 50 points as soon as you create an account and points for every $1 you spend at Lawless Beauty (when you’re logged in)! You’ll also receive a birthday reward, early access to sales and product launches, and discounted shipping dependent on your membership level.

How does the refer a friend program work?

Give $10, get $10! Give your friends $10 off their first order of $50 or more and get $10 back when each referral successfully places their order.

Please note that this must be your referral's first order and minimum spend for every order is $50. You must also use the same email address that received the code in order for your discount code to work.

I forgot to login at checkout! Can my points be added to my account?

If you’ve made a recent purchase and were not logged into your Lawless Love Rewards account, you will not earn points for that order and unfortunately, these cannot be added to your account. Please ensure that you're logged in to the same email account for all future purchases.

Can I change the email address associated with my rewards account?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to change the email address associated with your Lawless Love Rewards account.

Why can’t I see my points after submitting a product review?

Reviews are approved and posted to our website within one week of submission. It may take a few additional business days to post the points to your account, but if you still don’t see your points after 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us at support@lawlessbeauty.com!

Please note, you can only earn points for submitting a maximum of 5 reviews. You can write more reviews, but if you’ve received points for 5 reviews you will not receive additional points for reviews.

I can’t see my latest points on my account! What do I do?

If after 2 hours you still don’t see your points posted, don’t worry! Reach out to us at support@lawlessbeauty.com.

Do my rewards for earning points expire?

Yes, your reward points expire after 1 year.

How to use your discount code.

Log in to your account and redeem your points on the Loyalty Rewards Page or from your account page. Discounts are valid on orders over $50.

Where do I track my points?

You can track your Rewards history by logging into your Lawless Love Rewards account and navigating to your dashboard.


How does auto-replenishment work?

Auto-replenishments are scheduled, recurring orders every 12 weeks.

You’ll receive 10% off your first 3 orders and 15% every subsequent order.

Enjoy the convenience of having Lawless Beauty delivered to you automatically.

Simply select auto replenishment and quantity, and your credit card will be charged for the products only when they ship.

Where can I manage my auto-replenishment?

You can manage your subscription in your account under the link "VIEW AUTO-REPLENISHMENTS" or through the direct magic link you receive in the email

Can I pause or cancel my auto-replenishment?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription from the customer portal after your second order.

Can I reschedule my auto-replenishment?

Yes, you can reschedule an upcoming payment from the customer portal.

Can I change product quantity or add/remove products from my subscriptions?

No, you must go to your account and go to "VIEW AUTO-REPLENISHMENTS" to either pause or cancel the subscription.

How do discounts work with auto-replenishment?

If there is a site-wide promotion running when your auto-replenishment order is placed, you will receive the higher discount. Please note that these discounts cannot be combined.
